Phone Calls Portlet
The Phone Calls portlet lets you see your upcoming calls in a list. You can also view and edit individual records if you have the permission.
You can see your upcoming calls in either the Dashboard view or the Default view. The Default view lets you filter calls by status and organizer.
In both views, you can sort calls by Phone Call Date, End Date, Recently Created, Recently Modified, or Recently Viewed. You can also expand the portlet to full screen by clicking the double arrow icon 
. Full-screen view shows more columns and rows in your search results.
You're limited to 50 phone calls in the portlet. If you have permission and Inline Editing is enabled, you can edit records right in the portlet list.
