Saved Search for Projects Not Connected to Oracle Content

The SuiteApp includes a predefined saved search you can use to track project records not connected to Oracle Content. You can add the saved search to the Reminders or Custom Search portlet on your NetSuite home page. To add these portlets to your dashboard, refer to the following procedures:

Setting Up Your Reminders Portlet

To add a Reminders portlet:

  1. If you do not see any Reminders portlet on your dashboard, click Personalize in the upper right corner of your dashboard. You can also use Personalize Dashboard in the Settings portlet.

  2. On the Standard Content tab of the Personalize Dashboard palette, click the Reminders icon or drag it onto the dashboard.

To set up the Reminders portlet:

  1. In the Reminders portlet’s menu, click Set Up.

  2. Click Projects Not Connected to Oracle Content in the left list or drag it to the Current Selections list on the right.

  3. Click Save.

Setting Up Your Custom Search Portlet

To set up your Custom Search portlet:

  1. Click Personalize in the upper right corner of your dashboard or use Personalize Dashboard in the Settings portlet.

  2. On the Standard Content tab, click the Custom Search icon or drag it onto the dashboard.

  3. In the portlet menu, click Set Up.

  4. In the Search field, select Projects Not Connected to Oracle Content.

  5. Click Save.

Your Custom Search portlet is now available in your dashboard. In addition to the list of projects not connected to Oracle Content, you can also find here project records that encountered errors while connecting to Oracle Content. These records are highlighted in red.
