Defining a Maximum Number of Search Results

To define a maximum number of results that a search can display

1. In the Max Results field, enter a number to represent in the maximum number of records.

   If you define a Max Results limit, and the number of search results exceeds this limit, a "more..." notation displays after the last row of results.
