Customers by Sales Rep Summary Report
The Customers by Sales Rep Summary report lists the number of leads, prospects, and customers for each sales rep. The report shows the total number of leads, prospects, and customers whose records were created during the date or period range you select.
With Narrative Insights, you can use generative AI to summarize the report, helping you quickly see which sales reps have the largest customer bases and compare lead, prospect, and customer data by rep.
The generated insights may include:

The number of leads, prospects, and customers for each sales rep

The total number of leads, prospects, and customers created in the selected period
-
Insights on how customer portfolios are distributed across the sales team

Any exceptions or risks, for example, customers with no sales rep assigned
To generate an insight on the Customers by Sales Rep Summary report, the Enable Narrative Insights preference must be enabled in the Narrative Insights tab of the AI Preferences page. This preference is enabled by default. For more information, see Managing Narrative Insights Preferences.

To see the Customers by Sales Rep Summary:
Go to Customers > Customer Reports > Customers by Sales Rep.
A popup message appears to let you know your report is loading. The status bar in the footer of the report indicates the progress as your report loads. You can click Cancel Report next to the status bar to stop the report from loading.
To generate an insight on the Customers by Sales Rep Summary report:

Filter the report to include only the information you want the insight to reflect.

Click the Generate Insight button.
The Narrative Insights dialog is displayed. You can generate the insight again at any time by clicking the Generate Insight button.
Insights may differ each time they're generated, even when you're viewing the same data.
This report does not support reporting by period even when the Report by Period preference is set to All Reports. You can configure the Report by Period preference. Go to Home > Set Preferences. The preference is on the Analytics subtab.
