Sales Orders by Sales Rep Summary Report
The Sales Orders by Sales Rep Summary report lists the approved sales order and return authorization totals for each sales rep in your company for the date range you choose. Sales reps appear based on your company's sales hierarchy.
With Narrative Insights, you can use generative AI to summarize the report, helping you identify overall sales performance, quickly spot top and low performers on your team, and ensure correct sales attribution.
The generated insights may include:

A list of top-performing sales representatives
-
A list of low-performing sales representatives
-
Information about any sales orders not assigned to sales reps

Overall performance insights across the team
To generate an insight on the Sales Orders by Sales Rep Summary report, the Enable Narrative Insights preference must be enabled in the Narrative Insights tab of the AI Preferences page. This preference is enabled by default. For more information, see Managing Narrative Insights Preferences.

To view the Sales Orders by Sales Rep Summary report:
Go to Reports > Sales Orders > Sales Orders by Sales Rep.
A popup message appears to let you know your report is loading. The status bar in the footer of the report indicates the progress as your report loads. You can click Cancel Report next to the status bar to stop the report from loading.
This report does not support reporting by period even when the Report by Period preference is set to All Reports. You can configure the Report by Period preference. Go to Home > Set Preferences. The preference is on the Analytics subtab.
To generate an insight on the Sales Orders by Sales Rep Summary report:

Filter the report to include only the information you want the insight to reflect.

Click the Generate Insight button.
The Narrative Insights dialog is displayed. You can generate the insight again at any time by clicking the Generate Insight button.
Insights may differ each time they're generated, even when you're viewing the same data.
