Sales Orders by Sales Rep Detail Report
The Sales Orders by Sales Rep Detail report lists the approved sales orders and return authorizations for each sales rep in your company for the date range you choose. Sales reps appear based on your company's sales hierarchy.
With Narrative Insights, you can use generative AI to summarize the report, helping sales managers easily identify top and low performers, compare performance across teams, and attribute sales to the correct representatives.
The generated insights may include:

Top sales representatives per team, with their total sales for the period

Low-performing sales representatives per team, with their total sales for the period

For each top or low sales representative, the value of their highest sales order along with the associated customer

Highlights of any unassigned sales or sales not correctly attributed to a representative
To generate an insight on the Sales Orders by Sales Rep Detail report, the Enable Narrative Insights preference must be enabled in the Narrative Insights tab of the AI Preferences page. This preference is enabled by default. For more information, see Managing Narrative Insights Preferences.

To see the Sales Orders by Sales Rep Detail report:
Go to Reports > Sales Orders > Sales Orders by Sales Rep > Detail.
A popup message appears to let you know your report is loading. The status bar in the footer of the report indicates the progress as your report loads. You can click Cancel Report next to the status bar to stop the report from loading.
This report does not support reporting by period even when the Report by Period preference is set to All Reports. You can configure the Report by Period preference. Go to Home > Set Preferences. The preference is on the Analytics subtab.
To generate an insight on the Sales Orders by Sales Rep Detail report:

Filter the report to include only the information you want the insight to reflect.

Click the Generate Insight button.
The Narrative Insights dialog is displayed. You can generate the insight again at any time by clicking the Generate Insight button.
Insights may differ each time they're generated, even when you're viewing the same data.
