Apply Classification Template

This agent action applies a product classification template to an item or to multiple items. Refer to the GTM Product Classification Overview help topic for more details.

Parameter:

Classification Template: A product classification is a Global Trade Management concept.

Apply Item Template

This agent action applies an item template to an item or to multiple items. See the Apply Item Template action.

Parameters:

Item Template: A trade item is a Global Trade Management concept.

Override: This is selected by default.

Assign Variable

Call Service

Check Tariff Eligibility

This agent action performs tariff eligibility screening on items.

Parameter:

Country of Import or Product Classification Type

Note: It is recommended that you use the Country of Import field rather than the Product Classification Type field to run this agent action.

Trade Program Profile

Savings Threshold: Identifies the percentage of tariff benefit a trade program should get compared to general rates for it to be applied to the item.

Note: The product classification type entered for this agent action and that mentioned on the Trade Program Profile should be same for the agent action to run as expected.

Incomplete

When a transaction line or shipment line is eligible for a Passed status but the child lines have a Not Started status, then the parent line will receive a status of Incomplete. A parent line can only receive a Passed status if all child lines also have a Passed status.

Mark Object for Delete on HD

This allows you to unload (soft delete) data from the historical database (HD) for the GTM item. This agent action is intended for use with Global Trade Intelligence.

Set Standard Document Parameter

Unload Order Item from HD

This allows you to unload (soft delete) data from HD for data query type Item. This agent action is intended for use with Transportation Intelligence. This is similar to the Unload Object from HD available via power data.

This agent action inserts a record to the DEL_OBJ_FROM_HD table with these values:

OBJ_GID = <ITEM_GID>

OBJ_TYPE = 'OI'

This agent action must be configured to the Order Item– Removed agent event.
