Defining Completion Event Types

The Completion Event Type portal is used to maintain various completion event types.

Refer to Understanding Activity Types for more information.

You can access this portal from Admin, select C, then select Completion Event Type. The user is brought to a query portal with options for searching for a specific completion event type. Once the completion event type has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zone may appear as part of the portals Main tab page:

• Completion Event Type: This zone provides information about the selected completion event type, such as inbound communications and attachments.
• Unlink Activity Types: This zone enables the removal of an activity type from the completion event type.
• Link Activity Types: This zone adds an activity type to the completion event type.
