Defining Completion Events

The Completion Event portal is used to maintain various completion events.

Refer to Understanding Completion Events for more information.

You can access this portal from Admin, select C, then select Completion Event. The user is brought to a query portal with options for searching for a specific completion event. Once the completion event has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zone may appear as part of the portals Main tab page:

• Completion Event: This zone displays various details about the completion event, such as assets, components, locations and so on associated with the completion event, as well as any related objects and attachments.
• Completion Event Related Objects: This zone displays the related objects associated with the completion event.
• Attachments: This zone enables users to manage all types of attachments for the completion event.
