Search File Management System

The File Management System zone allows you to search for a file details using various search criteria. It contains the following sections:

• Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  File Name	Used to specify the name of the uploaded/staged file.	No
  File Status	Used to search the file status. The valid values are: Ready To Upload Copy in Progress Approval Pending Pending to Process Note: By default, the Ready To Upload option is selected.	Yes
  File Request Type	Used to search the files which are uploaded using a particular file request type.	No
  File Path	Used to search by uploaded file path on SFTP server.	No
  File Upload From Date	Used to search the files which are uploaded on or later than the specified date.	No
  File Upload To Date	Used to search the files which are uploaded on or earlier than the specified date.	No
  File Type	Used to search the files which are uploaded using a particular file type. The valid values are: File Directory	No

  Note: You must specify the File Status while searching for a file.

• Search Criteria - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  File Name	Displays the uploaded file name. Note: It has a link,
  File Request Type	Displays the file request type which is associated with the search file record. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Type screen appears with the details of the respective file request type.
  File Status	Displays the status of the uploaded file.
  File Upload Approval Required	Indicates whether the approval is required to process this file.
  Approval Transaction ID	Displays the approval transaction ID of the file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the corresponding approval transaction appears.
  File Path	Displays the file path.
  File Size (KB)	Displays the file size.
  Upload Date Time	Displays the date and time when the file was uploaded in the system.
  Download File	Displays the Download option to download the file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the file will start to download.
  Action	Indicates the type of action, For example, Move, that can be performed on the uploaded file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Action screen appears where you can move the file into another directory.
