Unpaid Revenue Customer's Details

The Unpaid Revenue Customer's Details zone lists the information about the unpaid revenue customers.

It contains the following columns:

Column Name Column Description
Customer Information Displays the information about the customer for whom the amount is receivable in the system. In addition, a context menu appears corresponding to this field which helps in navigating to other screens in the application.
Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Customer 360° Information screen appears where you can view the details of the customer.
No Label Defined
Unpaid Amount Displays the total receivable amount for the customer in corporate currency.
Last TXN Date Displays the date when the last transaction has done from the account of the customer.
Division Displays the division to which the customer belongs.
Segment Displays the segment to which customer belongs.
Contact Number Displays the contact number of the customer in the system.
City Displays the city of the customer in the system.
Country Displays the country of the customer in the system.
Note:

Pagination is used to display limited number of records in the Unpaid Revenue Customer's Details zone. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages.

By default, the Filter area is hidden. You can view the Filter area by clicking the Filters () icon in the upper right corner of this zone.
Note: By default, the above information is shown for the period which is specified in the RM Workbench zone. You can change the period if required.

You can filter the information using various criteria (such as, Period From, Period To, Division, Customer Tier, and Customer Segment) available in the RM Workbench zone.
