View Visit Details
You can view appointments details from the Appointments dashboard.
To view an appointment's details:
- From the Ask Oracle menu
, select Visits.
- View the appropriate section, Upcoming or Past:
- Upcoming: All appointments with future date (both scheduled and future appointments that were canceled).
- Past: All appointments with a past date that were canceled, completed, or missed. Optionally, use the search bar at the top of the Visits page to search for past appointments by date, provider, location, or appointment type.
- Select an appointment card to display the appointment's details, such as:
- Time and date
- Type of appointment
- Provider name and details
- Location details
- Visit summary (for past appointments, when available)

Visit summaries might not be available until a few days after your appointment. Contact your provider's office or care team if you have any questions. - Clinical notes (for past appointments, if available)

The following buttons might be available for an appointment:
- Add to Calendar: Download the appointment as a file that you can open and save to your calendar. (See your calendar tool's Help for additional steps.)
- Get Ready: Preregister for an upcoming appointment to save time during the check-in process. See the Get Ready (Complete Pre-Visit Tasks) Before a Visit topic for more information.
- Confirm Arrival: Let the care team know you have arrived. Make sure you are physically present at the office before you start the arrival process. See the Arrive (Check In) to a Visit topic for more information.
- Cancel Appointment: Cancel an upcoming appointment without scheduling a new one. (If you are near the appointment date, you might be unable to cancel the appointment online. Call the office to reschedule.) See Cancel an Upcoming Visit for more information.
- Reschedule: From the Actions list, select Reschedule to change the appointment details for an upcoming, canceled, or missed appointment with the same provider. (If you are near the appointment date, you might be unable to reschedule the appointment online. Call the office to reschedule.).See Reschedule an Upcoming Visit for more information.
- Book Again: Book again a completed or favorite appointment. This option saves you time by filling in many of the appointment details for you. See Book Again a Completed Visit for more information.
- Add to Favorites, Remove from Favorites: From the Actions menu, select Add To Favorites to add this appointment type as a favorite. Once added, you can select Remove from Favorites to remove it. Favorite appointments are displayed in your Favorites list when scheduling new appointments. See Manage and Schedule Favorite Visits for more information.
Depending on your device, the following actions might also be available to you:
- Select any linked phone number to call that number on your device (if your device supports that feature).
- Select any linked address to copy and paste the address on the default maps feature on your device.
