Unassigned Task

Transmission(s) or Transaction(s) that have exceptions logged against them in Data Exchange Cloud Service Operations Workbench trigger user tasks creation.

These user tasks are first made available under the Unassigned Tasks tab.

After assigning a task under your name, that task becomes available in my tasks. The Transmissions and Transactions from these user tasks also become available to you to edit and fix the exceptions on their movement to My Tasks.

Click the icon on the task under the Unassigned Tasks tab to assign it to yourself.
