Outbound Transmission Info

To get more details of a outbound Transmission generated in Data Exchange Cloud Service, double-click on it or select the Open option available in the Action column of the desired outbound Transmission.

Item Description

Outbound Location

The outbound transmission’s full payload is stored in this object storage location (virtual folder created for the outbound TPA).

Transmission ID

System generated unique ID for the transmission.

Transport

It shows the transport type of outbound transmission which is selected during the creation of the Transmission Model. See Set up a Transmission Model for more information.

Sent Timestamp

Shows the date and time when the outbound transmission is sent to the outbound Trading Partner.

File Size

Size of the outbound Transmission payload.

Total Transactions on Inbound Transmission

The total number of Transactions related to the inbound Transmission corresponding to the selected outbound Transmission.

Outbound Transmission Detail Grouped By

Configuration is available on the outbound agreement.

Outbound Transmissions Grouped By

Configuration is available on the outbound agreement.

Following are the different statuses an outbound transmission can go through during outbound processing.

Statuses Description

Initiated

The outbound process is triggered in Data Exchange Cloud Service.

Loaded

The outbound process creates shell outbound Transmissions and sends the Transaction’s data in DECS canonical to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Integration configured under outbound TPA’s Transmission Model.

Payload Created

The outbound Transmission payload is created by OIC Integration configured under outbound TPA’s Transmission Model

Payload Finalized

The outbound Transmission payload is ready to be sent to the outbound TPA.

Sent

The outbound Transmission is sent to the outbound TPA.

Completed

Final status of the outbound Transmission after successful response from the outbound Trading Partner.

Failed Submission

Failed to get a successful response from the outbound Trading Partner system (that is, status changes from Sent to Failed Submission).

Re-sent

The outbound Transmission in the Failed submission status is sent again to the outbound Trading Partner. Users can do this using the Resend option available in the Operations Workbench.
