Oracle Health Insurance Data Exchange Cloud Service uses Oracle Process Automation (OPA) human workflow management for creating and routing tasks according to customer-specific configuration.

User tasks are created for Transmissions failing exception threshold conditions and Transactions in exception status as well as for any Data Exchange Cloud Service system errors.

You can see the following three tabs in the Tasks section:

• My Tasks

• Unassigned Task

• Team Tasks (available only for Manager level roles)
