Claim Form Types

A claim form type is a handle to designate all forms for a specific type. Claim Form Types are created and maintained in OHI Claims Adjudication and Pricing. The product building blocks integration point imports claim form types into Oracle Health Insurance Product Definition. In Oracle Health Insurance Product Definition claim form types only contain identifying attributes. Claim Form Types therefore do not have their own page in Oracle Health Insurance Product Definition and cannot be deleted or modified.

A user selects a claim form type from a list of values when creating a service definition.
