4 View Order
Purpose: Use this screen to view or update an order that is assigned to your current store location, and optionally to perform the next processing step for the order, such as picking the order.
If an order is assigned to a different store location, or is not open, you can review it at the View Full Order screen, which is available from the All Orders screen.
Available when? This screen is available by selecting View in the bottom right at the following screens:

A fulfillment type of Delivery or Pickup is indicated to

Items: For each open order line on the order that is assigned to your current store location, the following information is displayed. Depending on the screen where you selected to view the order, order lines in the corresponding status are displayed. For example, if you selected View Order from the Ready to Pick screen, order lines that have been accepted are displayed. Items on a delivery order that are assigned to a different store location are not displayed on this screen. You can review all order lines at the View Full Order screen. |

A description of the item. An image of the item may also be displayed. |
Item code |
A code identifying the item. |
Price |
The price of a single unit of the item. |
Available Quantity |
The available quantity of the item after subtracting the quantity on any open orders, plus the quantity on the displayed order line. Since the quantity of the displayed order line is added to the calculated available quantity, the available quantity displayed for two order lines for the same item will differ if the order lines are for different quantities. For example, if the available quantity is 50, and the quantity on the order line is 5, the available quantity displayed is 55; however, if the quantity on the order line is 2, the available quantity displayed is 52. |

If the address has been updated in the originating system since the order was originally created, it isn’t automatically updated here. |
Ship To |
The shipping address for a delivery order, if a separate shipping address was specified. Not displayed for a pickup order. Can include:

Placed Location |
The code and description of the location where the order was placed. May represent another store location, the distribution center, or the web storefront. |
