For Solaris 10 10/09, in order to use Solaris Fault Management Architecture (FMA) with your server, you must install patch 142901–09 after installing the OS.
This patch is also recommended to utilize the maximum number of interrupts on the server.
Workaround 1
Upgrade to Solaris 10 9/10 or newer.

Check to see if you have installed patch 142901–09 or later. If not:
Download patch 142901–09 or later from:
Follow the patch instructions to install the patch.
Issue the following commands:
rem_drv intel_nhmex add_drv -i '"pci8086,3438"' intel_nhmex
Reboot your server.
