Oracle Integrated Lights Out Manager (ILOM) Hard Cap power setting fails to set maximum power limit on the server with Oracle Solaris Operating Systems if the Hard Cap power setting is enabled before the hand off to the operating system. This issue was fixed in Solaris 11u1.
