Faults that are proxied from Oracle Solaris to Oracle ILOM might get into an unusual state. If Oracle Solaris is shutdown when an attempt is made to repair an Oracle Solaris diagnosed fault from Oracle ILOM, the repair might not complete and I/O related resources might be affected. In this situation, it is not possible to repair the fault from Oracle ILOM.
Suspect faults are identified in the output of the fmadm faulty command as having a FRU Status of repair attempted. For example:

Workaround: Repair or acquit the fault in Oracle ILOM when Oracle Solaris is up and running. If you are unsuccessful, contact your authorized Oracle Service Provider for support.
