Start the OEDA

Start the OEDA.
- On Linux, MacOS, or the Oracle Solaris OS, type:
```
config.sh
```
- On Microsoft Windows, type:
```
config.cmd
```
The OEDA Welcome window is displayed.
Import the OEDA XML input file.
Go to Import the Most Recent OEDA Configuration File.
