Branch path

The program description deals with the following:

Remarks on program function

The environment variables for directories as used by various programs for import and export of data are stored with this program..

Example.

·        Account list (export directory for account lists)

·        XML files (Import and export of XML files)

·        Export of customer survey results in XML format

Directories for export files of account lists which are to be transferred to accounting can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed.

The list of export files of the accounts list for transfer to the Accounts department can be updated, i.e. programmed, changed or cleared, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed for information.

The accounts list can be printed out for the Account department in update program Branch or can be exported as a file with option "To file" to a directory of the user's choice. The appropriate directory should be defined with this program.

Note:
The accounts list must be adjusted to the country and accounting system in use. At present the export file Accounts list is set up for the format SIE and SCALA used in Scandinavia. The setting for the appropriate system should be made in FGL file "LsBookkeeping.fgl" (1 = SIE or 2 = SCALA).

The accounts lists are printed out or exported with report Accounts list in update program Branch: Export is only possible once for the same period.
