By use of this program, you can maintain the data for the installation type, i.e. create new data records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view data which has already been stored in the system for information purposes.
Installation types are needed for the assignment of Alert Parameters of the Subscriber.
Note:
In order to make sure that the assigned Alert Parameters of a particular installation type
can be evaluated, the number of the installation type has to be entered in the
update program System -> Configuration -> Installation
in the field "Installation
Type No.".

Just like in almost any other program:
In some cases you may find that so-called "Switches" which - depending on the default - can be activated or deactivated with <Mouse key 1>. Activated switches are identified by their dark colour, deactivated switches are lighter-coloured.
Permitted Input Range: numeric, 1 - 9999
When creating a new installation type, enter a free number. For modifications or deletions, enter the number of the installation type to be changed/ deleted.
Permitted Input Range: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.
Enter the name with which the installation type is to be stored in the system. The name can be chosen at will, but it should be expressive.
Button activated: The log
counter information is also stored in the branch.
Button deactivated: The log counter information is not stored in the
branch.
