This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these basic data
Just like in almost any other program:

The seq.no. is a consecutive number that serves to distinguish the created files. Thus, every outgoing goods receives a unique sequential number.
Enter the number that characterizes the outgoing goods in an unambiguous way.
If you do not know the seq.no., clear the display via the button "Empty Mask" and click on the Search button. Take the value following the last seq.no. as the new seq.no.
An outgoing goods can be carried out by use of several PDTs and one seq.no. In this case, all collected data has to be combined before the change of the quantity in stock in the database is possible.

The PDT number is the number of the (physical) PDT. Please note that an outgoing goods (seq.no.) can be carried out by use of several PDTs of which the data has to be taken over completely by MICROS Retail OSCAR POS for being processed.
