Enabling Generative AI in Cloud EDM
Enable generative AI (GenAI) in Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Data Management to empower users to leverage AI capabilities to gain insights, increase productivity, automate tasks, drive data quality, and to use natural language for tasks.
Considerations
- The GenAI feature is available only for OCI environments, and it is not yet available in all OCI regions. To view the regions where it is available, refer to Availability of Generative AI in the Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Operations Guide.
- AI assistants are supported for English language interactions. Depending on the Language setting in your user preferences (see Setting Your Preferences), AI assistants may generate responses in other languages.
To enable AI in Cloud EDM:
- From Tools, select Settings.
- In the Enable AI section, select Generative
AI to enable the ability to use GenAI.
Note:
The Enable AI section is not displayed if GenAI is not available in your region.
