Email Domains (DKIM) Status Column

In the Status column on the Email Domains (DKIM) subtab, the following states are displayed.

• Requires Action: You've saved a domain name on the Email Domains (DKIM) subtab in NetSuite, but your DNS records need attention.

• Pending Verification: The DNS records you added at your domain provider's website are being verified.

  Note:

  If you add your DNS records right after saving your email domain in NetSuite, the Pending Verification status usually lasts from 30 minutes to two hours. In some cases, it may take longer for the status to change from Pending Verification to Ready. If the email domain remains in Pending Verification status for more than 24 hours after publishing your DNS records, contact NetSuite Customer Support for assistance.

• Ready: Your email domain is verified, and email messages sent from NetSuite are authenticated with your domain keys.
