Procedures to Set Up DKIM in Your Production Account
You must complete all procedures in this section. The following procedures contain instructions for setting up email domains in your NetSuite production account and for creating the necessary DNS records at your domain provider.

The procedure in NetSuite must be performed by a user with an Administrator role or a user with the Full level of the Set Up Company permission.
Note:You need the Full level of the Set Up Company permission to set up email domains in NetSuite. For more information, see NetSuite Permissions Overview.

The procedure for setting up DNS records at your domain provider should be performed by someone with DNS experience.
Complete the following procedures to set up email domains:

Enter Email Domains in NetSuite on the Email Preferences page.

Set Up CNAME Records in DNS with your domain provider.
