Rejecting an Audit
You must have a Compliance Audit Approver role to reject an assigned audit when it requires changes before approval. The audit must be Pending Approval or Resubmitted before it can be rejected. As a Compliance Audit Approver, you can only review, approve, and reject the audit, but you can't edit its content.
To reject an audit:
The Compliance Officer receives an email with the rejection details and your comments.
-
Go to Compliance 360 > Audit Documentation > Audits.
-
Open the assigned audit.
-
Review the Primary Information, Audit Controls, Audit Insights, and attachments.
-
Click Reject.
-
In the Comments field, explain the required changes.
-
Click Reject.
