Editing Existing Audits
You can only edit an audit when your Compliance 360 role and the audit status allow changes.
To edit an existing audit:
-
Go to Compliance 360 > Audit Documentation > Audits.
-
Click Edit next to the audit that you want to update.
-
In the Audit page, make the necessary changes. For more information about filling up the fields in the Audit page, see Audits.
When editing an audit, the following fields get updated each time you modify an audit.
-
Last Modified By - Shows the name of the most recent person who modified the audit.
-
Last Modified On - Shows the date and time of the audit's most recent modification.
-
-
To save the audit as draft, click Save.
Upon saving, the Audit Status field will automatically populate as In Progress.
If the audit approval workflow is enabled, complete every audit control and add content to Audit Insights. When every control has Pass or Fail status and Audit Insights contains content, the audit becomes Ready for Submission. You can then submit it for approval. For more information, see Submitting an Audit for Approval. For more information about enabling the audit approval workflow setting, see Audit Approval Workflow Settings
If the audit approval workflow is disabled, finish the audit work and complete the audit without submitting it for approval.
-
To submit a finished or completed audit, click Submit.
Upon submitting, the Audit Status field will automatically populate as Completed.
