Submitting an Audit for Approval
A Compliance Officer submits a ready audit to its assigned Compliance Audit Approver for review. Before submitting an audit for approval, check that the audit approval workflow is enabled if you want to use a formal approval process for your audit. For more information, see Audit Approval Workflow Settings. The audit for approval must be Ready for Submission and every audit control must have a Pass or Fail value. Audit Insights must also contain generated or manually entered content.
To submit an audit for approval:
The audit changes to Pending Approval and becomes locked for editing. The assigned approver receives an email with the audit details, comments, and a link to the audit.

-
Click Submit for Approval.
-
