Audit Workflow Notifications

Compliance 360 sends automatic emails when audit controls are assigned or when an audit moves through the approval workflow. When one action assigns several controls to the same user, the email consolidates those controls into one notification. These messages are separate from the configurable KPI and activity-log backup notifications in Compliance 360 Settings.

Audit controls removed from a previous user	Previous Compliance Audit Supporter	One or more controls are reassigned away from the user.	Audit and affected control details.
Audit submitted	Compliance Audit Approver	A Compliance Officer submits an audit for approval.	Audit details, submitting user, date, status, comments, and an audit link.
Audit resubmitted	Compliance Audit Approver	A Compliance Officer resubmits an audit for approval.	Audit details, submitting user, date, status, comments, and an audit link.
Audit approved	Compliance Officer	A Compliance Audit Approver approves an audit.	Audit details, approver, date, status, comments, and an audit link.
Audit rejected	Compliance Officer	A Compliance Audit Approver rejects an audit.	Audit details, approver, date, status, comments, and an audit link.
