Shipping Integration with Multiple Locations

Important:

NetSuite Ship Central is NetSuite's standard shipping solution. For more information, see NetSuite Ship Central.

The Shipping Integration with FedEx, UPS, and USPS/Endicia is not available to new customers. It is available with limited support only for existing customers before they transition to NetSuite Ship Central.

Depending on business requirements, you can use the ShipStation Connector in NetSuite Connector as an alternative. For more information, see Managing the ShipStation Connector in NetSuite Connector.

After you've enabled Multi-Location Inventory and Shipping Label Integration, you can set up different UPS, USPS, and FedEx accounts for each location.

You can receive UPS, USPS, and FedEx real-time rates and labels for each warehouse. You can also set pick-up preferences for each warehouse.

With shipping integration and multiple locations, you can select the fulfillment location after you create a sales order. After you fulfill the order, shipping charges reflect the location selected on the sales order. You can't fulfill a sales order with items from more than one location.

Note:

You can't delete or inactivate a FedEx, UPS, USPS account from NetSuite. If you no longer use a location that you have set up with a shipping account, inactivate the location record. Contact UPS or FedEx directly if you need to cancel an account.

FedEx Integration is currently only available in the United States and Canada.

When using the UPS Developer Kit, NetSuite displays the UPS Trademark and disclaimer on each shipping screen and customer shipment notification. These elements are permanent and may not be deleted or altered in any way.
