File Record Status Transition
The File Record Status Transition zone allows you to view the status transition details of a file record. It contains the following columns:
| Column Name | Column Description |
|---|---|
| Transition Date Time | Displays the date and time of the file record when the status transition took place. |
| Record Status | Displays the status of the transitioned record. |
| Status Update Reason | Displays the reason for which the status was updated. |
| Updated By | Displays the user who has updated the record status. |
