Search File Request

The Search File Request zone allows you to search for a file request using various search criteria. It contains the following sections:

• Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  File Name	Used to specify the name of the uploaded/staged file.	Yes
  File Status	Used to indicate the status of the uploaded/staged file. The valid values are: Complete Error Pending Reject Note: By default, the Complete option is selected.	No
  File Request Type	Used to indicate the file request type which is used as a reference to process the file record.	Yes
  External System	Used to specify the name of the person whose payments you want to view.	No
  File Business From Date	Used to specify the date from when the file details have been uploaded from the legacy system.	No
  File Business To Date	Used to specify the date till when the file details have been uploaded from the legacy system.	No
  File Upload From Date	Used to specify the date from when the file details are uploaded or staged in the ORMB system.	No
  File Upload To Date	Used to specify the date till when the file details are uploaded or staged in the ORMB system.	No

  Note: You must specify either the File Name or File Request Type as the search criterion while searching for a file request.

• Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  File ID	Displays the uniquely auto generated file ID.
  File Name	Displays the name of the uploaded/staged file.
  File Request Type	Displays the file request type which is associated with the search file record. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Type screen appears with the details of the respective file request type.
  Pending	Displays the number of records in the Pending status. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Detail screen appears with the details of the records in the Pending status.
  Processed	Displays the number of records in the Processed status. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Detail screen appears with the details of the records in the Processed status.
  Error	Displays the number of records in the Error status. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Detail screen appears with the details of the records in the Error status.
  Retry	Displays the number of records in the Retry status. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Detail screen appears with the details of the records in the Retry status.
  Ignore	Displays the number of records in the Ignore status. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Detail screen appears with the details of the records in the Ignore status.
  Skipped	Displays the number of records in the Skipped status. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Detail screen appears with the details of the records in the Skipped status.
  In Progress	Displays the number of records in the In Progress status. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Detail screen appears with the details of the records in the In Progress status.
  Retry Limit Exceeded	Displays the number of records in the Retry Limit Exceeded status. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Detail screen appears with the details of the records in the Retry Limit Exceeded status.
  Total Records	Displays the total number of records in the file. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Detail screen appears with the details of the records in the file.
  File Business Date	Displays the date on which the file was uploaded from the legacy system.
  File Upload Date Time	Displays the date and time on which the file was uploaded or staged in the ORMB system.
