Basic Details
The Basic Details zone allows you to view, add, and edit the basic information about the product. It contains the following fields:

| Product Category | Indicates the category of the product. | Yes |
| Product Code | Displays the product code. | Yes |
| Product Name | Displays the product. | Yes |
| Description | Displays the description of the product. | Yes |
| Product Type | Indicates the type of the product. | Yes |
| Start Date | Displays the date from when the product is effective in the system. | Yes |
| End Date | Displays the date till when the product is effective in the system. | No |
| Terms and Conditions | Indicates the terms and conditions associated with the product. | No |
| Product Manager | Indicates the product manager to whom the product is assigned for the approval process. | No |
| Product Manager To Do Role | Indicates the To Do role for the To Do task which is performed by the product manager. | No |
