PWA - Managing Reservations

You can view and update reservations from either the Arrivals, In-House or Departures module. You can filter reservations using the Quick Search or Filter options. Tap or click on a reservation to view the Reservation Detail page.

When the AI Reservation Summary OPERA Control is active, a summary of the current reservation is displayed on the top of Reservation Detail page.

Viewing a Reservation

  1. From the Ask Oracle menu select either the Arrivals, In-House or Departures module
  2. Search/Filter reservations and tap/click on the reservation you would like to view.
The Reservation Detail page opens and provides a quick overview of the following information:
  • Basic Profile information, such as Guest Name, Guest Alternate Name, Primary Phone Number and Email Address, Membership Information
  • Basic Stay Details, including Rate Code, Rate Amount per night, Total Cost of Stay, Balance
  • Packages allocated to the reservation - If more than two packages are allocated to the reservation, only the first two are displayed.
  • Preferences assigned to the reservation - If more than two preferences are assigned to the reservation, only the first two are displayed
  • Indicators include the First Time Guest / Return Guest indicator, Do Not Move room indicator
