When a permissioned user accesses the Setup>Study Details page, under the Study information for Site users section, and the user turns ON the toggle for including a study information download, and a file is attached, then a new drop-down menu is available with the options "Automatic site invitations" and "Manual site invitations." When "Automatic site invitations" is selected, Oracle Site Select attaches the file to the invitation emails. When "Manual site invitations" option is selected, a toggle button is available to the user within the "Invite sites to participate" modal, that would allow the user to choose whether or not to include this file in the invitation email. This toggle setting is ON by default. |

Oracle Site Select now provides an option to the users so that they can now preview how the final CDA document would look like, after the placeholders are replaced with the relevant Site data. This option is now available in the Evaluate>Shortlist bucket, where a new clickable icon is available in the site grid. that opens a read-only preview of the CDA. The preview dialog also contains a "Show Placeholders" toggle to switch between raw CDA view with placeholder tokens, and merged final CDA output. Preview is supported only for DOCX and PDF file types. |

A new column is now available in the column selector section, named "Invitation List". Once this is added to the site grid, it displays a clickable numeric badge depicting the number of users that will receive the invitation email if the site is invited (controlled by the configuration in the Email Templates section). A new drop-down menu item has also been added to the Actions button called "Manage recipients" that also depicts the same information about the users who will receive the study invitation emails From both these modals, existing site contacts can be selected/removed from receiving the invitations. However, an entirely new contact cannot be added within this modal. |

Performance improvement made to the site grid, where Oracle Site Select will no longer recalculate site scores if master list criteria is altered/rebuilt when the study status is either On Hold, Feasibility Complete, Closed, Inactive or Cancelled. If changes are made that trigger site scoring recalculation when the study is in one of the above mentioned inactive statuses, the old scores are retained in other bucket states, but is cleared in the master list bucket. Later, when the Study status is changed back to Active state, any pending recalculation will be triggered using the current criteria. |

When the user clicks on the "Invite" button, the "Invite sites to participate" modal opens, within which, a new column has now been introduced by default, that shows the site-assigned user. In this release, the existing Save progress, Save and next, or Save and complete buttons are removed from the bottom of the Site Profile pages, and instead, a new action bar has been introduced, which is pinned at the top of the Site Profile page. Using this new action bar, user can navigate between the sites in the current site grid context, without having to exit and navigate back to the site grid. This action bar provides the site position in the current site grid context, Save button, and also navigation buttons to access Previous and Next sites. However, if the Site Profile is accessed through the Verify Site Profile workflow task, the navigation buttons to access previous/next site will not be available. Instead, a new button will be available called "Complete" which will enable user to complete the workflow task. Clicking the Cancel button will take the user back to the current site grid context if there are no unsaved changes. If there are unsaved changes, user will be prompted with a dialog to Save, Discard or cancel changes. |

Site Profile has introduced an action menu pinned to the top of the Site profile pages, and the user can navigate between the pages in any order they wish to using the train navigation. Selecting a train item opens corresponding profile page of the current site. Clicking on save button will save changes across all the train item pages. If user cancels the profile, or tries to navigate to another site, while there are unsaved changes, user will be prompted with a dialog stating that there are unsaved changes and giving the options to Save/discard/cancel. An error icon appears on the train navigation menu for a train item if any required field in the corresponding profile page is unpopulated. |

Users who have been granted this new permission will be able to send reminder emails for workflow tasks that are pending and do not have a start date. For workflows in which tasks are ordered to complete only upon completion of previous task, Send reminder button is available only for current task. Upon clicking this button, a modal displays all eligible recipients, and the user can select/deselect intended recipients from this list. Modal also displays last reminder sent date, sent by user, total reminders sent, and recipients for last reminder. A separate section for the Task reminder email template has been added in the Email Templates configuration page to customize the format and content. Task reminder information is also available as a new column selection in the site grid, and also in Oracle Site Analyze CSV reporting. |

Permissioned Users can now directly upload document templates for workflow tasks that require a template to be uploaded from the workflow task configuration drawer, without navigating to Workflow documents page. When clicked, this shows all corresponding workflow task details in a read-only state. If no workflows were assigned in the past, this button will be disabled. |

When a permissioned user accesses the Account>General page, and chooses the custom support link radio button, in addition to the custom URL textbox that was previously available, the user is now provisioned with a new field to also specify the custom text. This custom text will then replace the support links in the user account drop-down menu, and the page footer sections. When invalid custom URL is entered, the changes are not saved, and the existing support link configuration is unchanged. |
