This server-side condition monitors the visitor’s call status and can also be evaluated via polling if you use the third-party API.
The following configuration options are available for this condition:
Call status: This is used to specify which call status the condition monitors for. There are a number of different call status options available. These are:
Call ended prior to page load – A condition monitoring this status returns a value of true if the visitor’s call ended before the page finished loading.
Visitor is currently on a call – A condition monitoring for this status returns a value of true if the visitor is currently on a call.
Visitor is not currently on a call – A condition monitoring for this status returns a value of true if the visitor is not currently on a call.
Visitor has previously called – A condition monitoring for this status returns a value of true if the visitor has previously called within their current browser session. You can limit the timeframe for this criterion using the text boxes that display when you select this option from the dropdown box.
