This action is used to specify an event name to be logged. If a rule contains this action, a log entry will be made using the specified event name.
The following configuration options are available for this action:
Event Name: This is used to specify the event name to use when making an entry to the log as part of the rule containing this action. You may select ‘Transaction Completed’ or ‘Other’ from the dropdown list.
Other Event Name: If you select Other from the Event Name dropdown, a text box is displayed where you can enter your own choice of event name to log. E.g., if you enter ‘Call Session Initiated’ in the text box, then any log entries made as a result of this rule will be identified in the log with that event name.
