Reset the BIOS Firmware to Default Settings (Oracle ILOM)

1. To reset the BIOS firmware to default settings in the Oracle ILOM web interface, perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to the Oracle ILOM web interface.

      For instructions, see Accessing Oracle ILOM.

   2. In the navigation pane, click System Management > BIOS.
   3. In the Reset to Defaults drop-down list, select Factory.
   4. Click Save.
2. To reset the BIOS firmware to default settings in the Oracle ILOM command-line interface (CLI), perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to the Oracle ILOM CLI.

      For instructions, see Accessing Oracle ILOM.

   2. Type set /System/BIOS reset_to_defaults=factory.
