Commerce Service Center is comprised of customer-facing (or production and agent-facing) clusters. The customer-facing cluster contains such applications as the customer store, Oracle ATG Web Commerce and other client facing components. The agent-facing cluster contains application such as Commerce Service Center and other agent-facing components.

Commerce Service Center works in tandem with Commerce and other ATG applications.
