With agent-facing server configurations the JTDataSource references its own schema rather than the one used by the customer-facing server. In addition, the JTDataSource, agent-facing servers use a JTDataSource_production data source. This JTDataSource_production data source references all operational data, which includes profiles, orders, tickets, and inventory data.

The catalog may still continue to uses the ProductCatalogSwitchingDataSource component.
