Customer-facing servers, which provide product catalog information and commerce repositories, employ several data source components, depending on the applications that are installed in your environment. Customer-facing servers also display the sites that customers log into and contain versioned information, and are comprised of Commerce and other applications.

In this server configuration, the JTDataSource component is used for all repositories other than the product catalog.
