Webcare creates and configures links that are presented to the customer. These pop-up icons and call information screens can be customized using logos, graphics and other UI components that are stored locally on your servers.

Links and pop-ups can be static or based upon rules that you create using Webcare Rule Builder or the Oracle ATG Web Commerce rule process. For example, you can create a rule that presents a link when a customer is from a specific country, or that pops up a Click to Call icon if a customer’s shopping cart has reached a specific amount.
