Customers may want to return items that they have ordered. To start the return process, the original order must have been successfully submitted and marked as a fulfilled order.
Returns are processed using the class package atg.commerce.csr.returns, which is installed when you install Commerce. Refer to the ATG Platform API Reference for information on associated classes and programming interfaces.
