The program description deals with the following:
The data for hand-over to MICROS WFM (Workforce Management) for staff planning can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed.
Data export is done in program Application -> MICROS WFM -> Status Export to WFM with the following reports, or with the report Application-> MICROS WFM -> Time period values to WFM for the time periods 2:
· Operator comes
· Turnover time period to WFM
· Repeat comes
The export data can be exported as a file to the directory selected.

All options available for update of the basic data have been described below.
As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:
Entry range permitted: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the no. of the company for which the WFM parameters are to be updated.
If changes or deletions are necessary the data record can be called up from a number entry in the key fields. An unknown data record can be selected via the Search function.
Entry range permitted: numeric, 1 - 99999
Enter the no. of the branch for which the WFM parameters are to be updated.
Branches are linked to a company.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 32 chars.
Enter the path for the directory in which the files are to be stored.
Note:
The directory details should be stated as an absolute value for local drives, e.g. "C:\WFM\" or as a relative value, e.g. "..\WFM\".
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 32 chars.
Enter the path for the file names of the export data for time worked recording.
Enter the path for the file names of the export data for the turnover data of the time periods.
Note:
Please ensure that the appropriate time periods are stored in the system with
program Application -> Organisation -> Time
periods and that the option “Day” is set in the statistics parameters
(Parameter -> Misc. -> Statistic parameter)
for the statistics " TimeTurnProC".
The option “Time period statistics” must be set for all items whose turnover data is to be recorded in the statistics. This can be done in program Application -> MICROS WFM -> Parameter WFM with report "Set in article time period stat.".
Enter the file names of the export data for the turnover data of the Time periods 2.
The export is done by the report Application-> MICROS WFM -> Time period values to WFM .
Notes:
Be ensure that the corresponding time periods are configured with the program Application
-> Organisation -> Company-> Time periods 2. In
addition, the appropriate period of day, must be activated in program Parameter
-> Misc. Parameter -> Statistic parameter for the statistic
Time2TurnProc to ensure that the statistical values for periods are
stored.

Attention!
Please ensure to configure consecutive numbers for the intervals of the Time periods 2 and all time periods must bet he same for each interval. Only minutes
of 15, 30, 45 or 60 are allowed. Mixed time values are not allowed and results
in no export. If an error occurs a file with the extension of .asc
(Filename.asc) will be stored in the export folder. This file is only used for
error analyses and cannot be used for the data import.
