Account management
Use the Account management page to perform administrative functions that affect various areas of Oracle CX Audience. Select any of the available choices to access the pages that allow you to customize and control the behavior of your Oracle CX Audience account.
Important: Some sections described in the online help might not be available because those features are not enabled for your account.
To open the Account management page:
- From the side navigation bar, select Account . (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click .)

The Account menu is displayed on the left side of the screen, and the Account summary page is displayed on the right side of the screen. This page shows useful details, such as the account name and login name.
- From the Account menu, choose the menu item for the page you want to access.
Tip: To quickly locate the page you want to access, use the Search menu box at the top of the menu column. Type all or part of the name of the page you want to access, and then select the menu choice.
Global settings
The Global settings are categorized by Account settings, SSH2 key management, Custom features, and IP login restrictions.

Review and manage the settings for your account.
- Setting account display name
- Setting idle session timeout: Set the maximum number of minutes that a session without activity remains open. Choose a new value from the list of idle session timeout values and click Save.

SSH2 keys management
Use this page to install and delete SSH2 keys.
Custom features
Enabling this option causes CX Audience to load industry specific schemas and pre-calculated attributes to your account, saving you time setting up your data model and making the data easy to use and understand.
IP login restrictions
View the authorized IP addresses for account access. To update the list of authorized IP addresses, you will need to create a service request (SR) with My Oracle Support.
