Organization Performance Dashboard

Note: This dashboard is available only to users with the Email Analytics Manager role.

This dashboard helps analyze the performance of your campaigns broken up by the Organization Unit of the recipients that respond to your campaigns. Learn more about organizational access and targeting by organization and setting up organizational units.

This dashboard includes the following charts and table:

To open the Org Performance dashboard:

Click Insight on the side navigation bar, and select Interactive Dashboards.
Click Dashboards > Analytics.
On the Analytics page, select the Email tab and expand Performance.
Click Organization.

To view more reports:

Click View More Reports to open the Campaign Performance by Org Hierarchy dashboard.

About the Org Unit list

You can select the Organization Units for which to display data from the Org Unit list. This list shows all parent and child Organization Units. Selecting a parent unit does not select the child units, you need to explicitly select the child units. If the parent Organization Unit is not an execution node, no data will show on the dashboard when it is selected.

If you select Unspecified, data without an Org Unit value will show as Unspecified Org Unit.

Dimensions

A dimension is a data attribute used to categorize or filter a measure. A measure by itself has no meaning if presented without the context of a dimension.

Important: If you change a campaign’s name, folder, marketing program, marketing strategy, subject line, or external campaign ID, then historical and new launches for both triggered and standard launches will take these new values in Insight. It does not impact CED behavior as CED retains an unchanged ‘snapshot’ of values.

Measures

A measure is a numerical measurement representing the calculations gathered from your Oracle Responsys account and applied to your reports.

Click-Through Rate	(Total Clicks / Delivered) * 100% Unsubscribes do not register as Clicks and therefore do not contribute to the calculation of Click-Through Rate, which is why a campaign's Click-Through Rate may be different from its Unsubscribe Rate.
Conversion Rate	(Conversions / Delivered) * 100%
Delivered Rate	(Delivered / Total Emails Sent) * 100%
Open Rate	(Opens / Delivered) * 100%
Revenue Per Email	(Total Revenue / Total Delivered)
Sent	Number of sent messages.
Unsubscribe Rate	(Unsubscribes / Delivered) * 100% Unsubscribes do not register as Clicks and therefore do not contribute to the calculation of Click-Through Rate, which is why a campaign's Click-Through Rate may be different from its Unsubscribe Rate. Revenue Per 1K Email	(Total Revenue / Total Delivered) * 1000
Sent	Number of sent messages.
Bounce Rate	(Bounced / Sent) * 100%
Unique Open Rate	(Unique Opens / Delivered) * 100%
Responder Rate	(Responders / Delivered) * 100%

Top Performing Org Units Chart

This chart trends performance metrics of the top-performing Organization Units. Use the drop-down menu to switch between measures: Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, Delivered Rate, Open Rate, Revenue Per Email, Sent, or Unsubscribe Rate.

For a deeper campaign-level analysis, click an Organization Unit to drill down to the campaigns that contribute towards the trend.

Org Unit Performance Trend Chart

This chart trends performance metrics for Organization Units over the sent date of the campaign. Use the drop-down menu to switch between measures: Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, Open Rate, or Revenue Per 1K Email.

Campaign Performance by Org Unit Table

This report provides granular analysis of campaigns for each Organization Unit. Click the name of a campaign for campaign-level analysis.
