Mobile App Analytics Dashboard

Important: The Mobile App Analytics dashboards are currently released under our Controlled Availability program. To request access to this feature, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request. Customers also need to have the Infinity Streams Cloud Service SKU to access this feature.

Note: This dashboard is available only to users with the Mobile Apps Analytics Manager role.

The Mobile App Analytics dashboard helps marketers understand app user behavior and mobile app performance.

Marketers can understand app user behavior by tracking and analyzing 25 KPI metrics directly within Responsys. This is enabled through a Mobile App KPI Metrics Dashboard that enables Marketers to:

  • Monitor 25 out-of-the-box Industry standard KPI Metrics
  • Review a comprehensive set of KPIs that cover entire User Lifecycle (from User Acquisition to App Uninstall)
  • Analyze KPI Trends through past period comparisons

Note: In order to review Mobile App KPI metrics in Responsys, apps must implement integration with the Infinity Analytics SDK.

To open the Mobile App Analytics Dashboard:

Important: To view the Mobile App Analytics dashboards, you must first enable this option in the Account settings.

  1. Click The Insight icon Insight on the side navigation bar, and select Interactive Dashboards.
  2. On the Analytics page, select the Mobile App Analyticstab.
  3. To choose which app you'd like to see data for, open the Mobile App drop-down, select your app, then click Apply.
  4. From the main dashboard, you can access these additional dashboards and reports:
