SMS & MMS Campaign Analysis Dashboard
Note: This dashboard is available only to users with the SMS Analytics Manager role.
This dashboard helps you analyze the key performance metrics of a selected campaign, and to trend the responses to the campaign over the number of days after the send.
This dashboard includes the following charts and table:
To open the Campaign Analysis dashboard for an SMS or MMS campaign:
- Click Insight on the side navigation bar, and select Interactive Dashboards.
- Click Dashboards > Analytics.
- On the Analytics page, select the SMS & MMS tab, expand Performance, and select Campaign.
The Campaign Performance report opens.

Click for the campaign you want to analyze.
Summary of Key Performance Metrics
The dashboard provides a quick overview of the following key performance metrics for campaign:
- Sent -Number of sent messages
- Received - Number of received messages
- Delivered Rate - (Delivered / Total Emails Sent) * 100%
- Unique Click-Through Rate - (Unique Clicks / Delivered) * 100%
- Conversion Rate - (Conversions / Delivered) * 100%
- Revenue per Message - (Total Revenue / Total Delivered)
Performance Trend Chart
This chart trends its measures over a number of days after the campaign was sent. Select a value from the drop-down list to view performance trends for different measures.
Sent | Number of sent messages. |
Received | Number of received messages |
Delivered | Number of successfully delivered messages (that is, Sent - Bounced - DND) |
Clicks | Count of total clicks; that is, clicks on all links, including multiple clicks on the same link(s). Unsubscribes do not register as Clicks. |
Unique Clicks | Number of unique clicks (only includes the first time a responder clicked on each link) |
Conversions | Number of conversion actions |
Click-Through Rate | (Total Clicks / Delivered) * 100% Unsubscribes do not register as Clicks and therefore do not contribute to the calculation of Click-Through Rate, which is why a campaign's Click-Through Rate may be different from its Unsubscribe Rate. |
Revenue | Total revenue associated with a particular campaign launch. Learn more about revenue tracking. |
Sent vs. Delivered | Shows comparison of Sent vs. Delivered over time |
Top Performing Keywords
This chart is available only for the SMS channel.
The Top Performing Keywords chart shows the keywords received from the targeted customers by volume of received messages. This helps identify the keywords with the most volume. This is particularly useful while running multiple keyword-based SMS campaigns.
Top Links
These charts are available only for the SMS channel.
The Top Links chart shows the top 10 links in the SMS campaign, by clicks and conversions, respectively.
Campaign Performance Table
This report provides granular analysis for each time the campaign was sent.
